Payment Options

Insurance

Because every child’s needs and insurance plan are different, it’s difficult to estimate the exact cost of ABA therapy, autism therapy, or pediatric therapy upfront. Your insurance provider determines any deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay amounts you may be responsible for at each visit.

If you have questions about coverage or expected costs, our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and walk you through the process.

Private Pay

If you do not have insurance, we do offer flat fee private pay rates for individual sessions:

Occupational and
Physical Therapy

  • Initial Evaluation: $150
  • Treatment: $100

Speech
Therapy

  • Initial evaluation: $150
  • Treatment $65 per half an hour

Behavioral
Therapy

  • Psychology Evaluation: $1,800
  • ABA Evaluation: $160 per hour
  • ABA Treatment: $72 per hour
  • ABA Group Therapy: $44 per hour
  • Parent/Family Training: $80 per hour

Financing Plans Available

We understand that the cost of ABA therapy, autism services, and pediatric therapy can be stressful for families. Any portion not covered by your insurance such as deductibles, co-insurance, or co-pays is due on the day of service.

If you are unable to pay the full amount at the appointment, we are here to help. Our team can discuss deferred payment plan options to make care more manageable and ensure your child continues receiving the support they need.
