Biography:
He is Indian by nationality and completed BCBA requirements from the UK. He became a BCBA in June 2022. He worked in an Early intervention clinic, and home-based ABA programmes as a behaviour therapist, co-case manager and case manager. He has experience in providing remote ABA therapy. Currently, he is working as a personal BCBA and behaviour therapist in a home-based ABA programme in Saudi Arabia and as an online supervisor at CompleatKiDz.
He is experienced in conducting FBA, VB-MAPP assessments and PEAK assessments. He had developed interventions for teaching language skills – Mand, tact, echoic, Listener responding, Intraverbal, motor imitation, Matching to sample, and Listener responding by FFC. He developed interventions for teaching life skills – discrimination training, responding to name, conditioning reinforcers and delay tolerance.
He had developed and implemented antecedent interventions - Functional communication training, Non-contingent reinforcement, Prompting, contriving motivational operations, providing choice and high probability request sequence; and consequence interventions - Positive reinforcement i.e., reinforcing appropriate response with generalised conditioned reinforcer (e.g., tokens), conditioned reinforcer (e.g., praise), and preferred items; negative reinforcement i.e., allowing to escape contingent on appropriate response; and using positive punishment i.e., response interruption and redirection for self-injurious behaviours).
He is friendly, industrious, responsible and a team player. He aims at growing in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and using evidence-based practice to assist typically developing children and individuals with ASD to develop skills and become independent.
