Biography:
Stephen Schroeder has been working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for nine years in a variety of clinical and in-home settings. He received a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Pfeiffer University where he also played collegiate golf. After graduating, Stephen was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children and young adults with autism. As an RBT, he was able to tap into his passion of developing others through a therapeutic means. The science of ABA peaked his interest, and several years later he obtained a M.A. in Professional Behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He is currently the Lead BCBA at Compleat KiDZ Huntersville location.
