Biography:
Charley began her ABA career working with adults, and made the transition to pediatrics once offered a position working in the school system. She has worked in clinics, schools and homes in multiple states. Charley has worked with learners using a wide range of interventions, to include PECS, functional communication training and reinforcement.

Charley states that watching a child learn and progress their skills is the most rewarding part of the field. She believes parent involvement is important for learner progress and communicates with them through the ABA process to build the therapeutic relationship and consistency that the learner needs.

When Charley is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter by being outside or baking in the kitchen.
