Disney is more than just a place; it’s a feeling as well. It’s a feeling of connection, wonder, and hope – the feeling that anything is possible. When you’re at Disney, you are making memories with your Ohana, memories that will stay with you & continue to live on in your hearts for years to come.

Planning a Disney vacation can be exciting, but for neurodivergent families and those with special needs, it may also come with unique challenges. From navigating crowded theme parks to managing sensory sensitivities, the experience can feel overwhelming. But with the right resources and support, these hurdles can be turned into magical moments.

Jenny Pfuelb, is a Certified Autism Travel Professional & a travel agent at Mickey Travels, LLC., specializing in Disney Vacations. Her services are for both Neurotypical and Neurodivergent families; however she is especially passionate about creating stress-free and customized Disney vacation experiences for those with special & unique needs.

Before becoming a Disney Travel Agent, she worked with children from ages 3-10 for 8 years as a special education teacher and more recently as the manager of a coffee shop that employs adults with developmental disabilities. She’s had the unique opportunity to experience the Disney magic from the eyes of children & adults who may see the world a little differently. One of her favorite memories is watching a world of learning open for a previously nonverbal 3 year old who suddenly started singing “Let it Go” – what an inspiration of Disney Magic.

It’s something that’s so close to her heart because during her time as a special education teacher, she always heard parents’ concerns about taking their children to Disney. She would hear that they were afraid it would be too overwhelming or didn’t know if there were any supports in place, etc.

She is so happy that she now has the chance to help make Disney accessible for all.
