About the Job 

The Regional VP is responsible for leading, managing and growing Compleat Kidz Clinics. It is their role to set the expectations of Compleat Kidz’ goals, budget and performance standards for their clinics.  The best candidates are those who can gather and interpret data to allow them to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Drive effective change
• Develop and execute regional business plans
• Empower leaders to make operational decisions
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinic’s budget, and P&L oversite
• Work with cross functional partners to develop and improve data usage, reports, brand awareness and parent engagement
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Deliver KPI and service level metrics
• Ensure the clinics comply with healthcare, State and Federal regulations.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field, masters preferred

• Five years of relevant senior management experience

Physical Demands
