About the Job
The Behavior Technician (Part Time) will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in our pediatric clinics to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments.

Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (If you do not have this, we can help you get it!)

Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. is also required. 

Please understand this job is not for everyone. Some of our learners need help with potty training and diaper changes. Many of our learners have challenging behaviors. You will most likely be hit, kicked, spit on or bitten on a regular basis. Your patience, ability to remain calm, and unconditional desire to help kids live their best lives will be paramount.
