BCBA Opportunities

BCBAs at CompleatKiDZ play a central role in providing high-quality ABA services while supporting children, families, RBTs, and fellow clinicians.

Depending on your position, schedule, and clinic needs, BCBA opportunities may include in-clinic, hybrid, and partially remote work arrangements.

What You May Do

As a BCBA with CompleatKiDZ, responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining a direct caseload of learners
  • Monitoring learner progress and modifying programs as needed
  • Supervising and supporting BTs and RBTs
  • Training and mentoring clinical team members
  • Collaborating with families and caregivers
  • Working alongside other pediatric therapy professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supporting continuity and quality of care across the clinic

What We're Looking For

BCBA candidates should typically have:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure before starting
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Excellent case management and documentation skills
  • A collaborative approach to working with families and clinical teams
  • Ability to meet applicable background and employment requirements

Primary BCBA Opportunities

For BCBAs who want to take a larger leadership role within the clinic, Primary BCBA opportunities may provide the chance to serve as an on-site clinical leader.

Salary: $120,000 + Bonuses

Hybrid BCBA Opportunities

CompleatKiDZ offers hybrid BCBA opportunities that combine time in the clinic with remote clinical responsibilities.

Example Schedule: 20 Hours In Clinic + 20 Hours Remote

Salary: $100,000

BCaBA Opportunities

BCaBAs are an important part of the CompleatKiDZ clinical team.

Working under the supervision of a BCBA, BCaBAs help support RBTs, implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and strengthen the quality and consistency of ABA services.

What You May Do

As a BCaBA at CompleatKiDZ, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting RBTs in the delivery of ABA services
  • Collaborating with a supervising BCBA
  • Assisting with implementation and modification of treatment plans
  • Providing eligible supervision services under CPT Code 97155 in accordance with current payer requirements
  • Monitoring learner progress through data collection and analysis
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with families
  • Working with members of the multidisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have:

  • Active BCaBA certification
  • Any required state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services
  • Ability to meet applicable background and employment requirements
